November 26, within the framework of the All-Ukrainian campaign “16 Days Against Violence”, in order to draw attention to this problem in Sumy region, Associate Professor Svitlana Piven held an event “Information Session on Combating Conflict-Related Sexual Violence (CRSV): Types and Assistance to Victims” for students of Sumy State University, teachers and everyone interested.

The session covered the main types of CRSV, how to identify a victim, and how and who can provide assistance in case of detection of a crime.

The participants of the event actively discussed the issue of adapting the resource bank of service providers to the needs of Sumy TG and the region as a whole.
