February 28, the 2nd year students of the program “Psychology” K. Deyneka and O. Kotova under the guidance of a practical psychologist P. Sakhno conducted a training for the 1st year students of the program “Social Work” on the topic “Self-knowledge and self-development”.

The purpose of the event was to help participants better understand themselves, their values, beliefs, strengths and weaknesses. The training contributed to the development of skills in analyzing life situations, setting goals and choosing the best ways to achieve them.

The class was held in a mixed format. This allowed everyone to join the training, regardless of their location. Interactive exercises and discussions made the meeting interesting and useful. The participants noted that the knowledge and skills they gained will help them not only in their studies but also in their future professional activities.
