With the aim of developing constructive contacts with employers and providing practical component of training on the educational program «Management of sociocultural activities» on April 19, 3-rd year students within the discipline «Event-management» listened to a lecture by producer and cultural promotion specialist Romana Batrak (Kyiv-Lviv). Lecturer – former co-founder of the NGO «CUC» (Contemporary Ukrainian Cinema), curator of the film program of the festival of popular culture Kyiv Comic Con. Her work includes a number of interesting and large-scale projects, including the promotion of Nariman Aliyev's films «Home» and Antonio Lukic's «My Thoughts Are Quiet». She is engaged in communication of film production ForeFilms and its film project, including the film «Atlantis» by Valentin Vasyanovich.

It was interesting and useful for students to learn about the current state of cinema, the specifics and stages of film support – both short and full-length format, interesting facts about the events and the risks that accompany the manager of socio-cultural activities. An agreement has been reached on the following lecture, as this is an interesting area for students, and the cases offered by the lecturer and the experience of their processing are extremely useful for their future professional activities.
