March 4, Candidate of Science in Public Administration, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies V. Semenov, at the request of the Sumy Regional Center for Advanced Training of the Sumy Regional State Administration, held a thematic meeting "Constitutional and Legal Principles of Regional Policy and Local Self-Government" and a lecture "Organizational and Legal Principles of Local Self-Government" for local government officials of Sumy region.
March 02, the Department of PST held a scientific and methodological seminar, within the framework of which work was carried out to identify priority areas for the development of educational programs and to develop a set of tasks for teachers of the relevant sections.

Oleh Tuliakov, an associate professor of the Department of Vocational Education and Training, won the gold medal at the Ukrainian Powerlifting Championships, which are currently taking place in Kolomyia (Ivano-Frankivsk region). Last year, he was third at a similar championship in Lviv.
February 20, a meeting was held at the PO "Felicitas", during which students had the opportunity to learn about technologies and methods of work in helping people with autism, intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities, which encourage cooperation.
February 22, the teachers of the Department of Psychology and Psychotherapy, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor S.O. Nikolaienko and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer N.M. Teslyk acted as jury of the second stage of the All-Ukrainian competition-defense of research papers in the section "Psychology".
February 19-20, 2024, Candidate of Science in Public Administration, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies V. Semenov, commissioned by the Sumy Regional Center for Advanced Training of the Sumy Regional State Administration, within the framework of the general short-term training program for civil servants and local government officials, held a series of lectures and thematic meetings on the topic "Formation of professional competencies in human rights and anti-discrimination".
