October 23-26, the training "Organizational Capacity for Gender Analytical Centers" was held in Kisheniv, Moldova. The training was attended by Olena Kupenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies of Sumy State University, and Kristina Sakhno, Assistant of the Department of PPST.

The training was conducted by experts from the Center for Partnership Development (CPD) and was aimed at introducing approaches to developing the capacity of organizations to analyze policies, analyze the impact of public policy, monitor policies, advocate, develop cooperation with public authorities and other think tanks, and develop strategic management.
The event was held within the framework of the project "Gender Think Tank Network: Strengthening Capacity for Advanced Policy Development, Impact Assessment, Strategic Advocacy and Focused Policy Communications" implemented by the Ukrainian Women's Fund with the support of the European Union.
