December 28, Kateryna Zavadska and Alina Sirobaba, students of Sumy State University, Social Work program, conducted an art therapy technique for visitors of the Third Age University at the Sumy City Territorial Center for Social Services (social services) "Berehynia", Kalyna branch.

The participants discussed the importance of self-care, helping oneself and others, and the ability to transform one's life roles.
The methodology was aimed at trying on different social roles using origami, which made it possible to explain that these roles are not stable but can change depending on the circumstances in which a person finds himself or herself. A special role was played by the stage of work during which the ability to find new roles that would be effective in stressful situations was discussed.
