The philosophical meaning of "life in the Ukrainian language". This was the title of a report by Oleh Tuliakov, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies, at a meeting of the Language Circle club.

The event, organized by the Sumy Regional Universal Scientific Library, brought together students and lovers of the Ukrainian language. Among the honored guests and speakers was Volodymyr Sadivnychyi, Doctor of Science in Social Communications, Professor, Head of the Department of Journalism and Philology at Sumy State University, member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine.

From Oleh Tuliakov's speech: "Logical forms and laws of thinking, operations of proof and refutation have an abstract essence, but their concrete manifestation in the "Axis of Being" (Martin Heidegger) of a particular person occurs in linguistic dimensions. At the same time, each language expresses a specific spiritualistic universal being, in the whirlpool of which one can cognize the peculiarities of the mass consciousness of the native speaker. Knowledge of languages other than one's native language enriches the human "heart" (in the sense of Hryhorii Skovoroda) with new content that gives positive dynamics to the human soul, "Ib" (as defined by the ancient Egyptians). And this, in turn, contributes to the optimal transformation of the soul into a "Bau", a blissful soul (as defined by the ancient Egyptians).

Prohibitions on the use of language are caused by the animal fear of empires in the face of their own death through the further manifestation of a freedom-loving people, including through their language."
