November 18, a meeting of the scientific and methodological seminar was held with the participation of the research and teaching staff of the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies.

The staff of the department developed indicators and time standards for activities within the framework of methodological, scientific and organizational work. The group also reviewed the regulations and provisions of Sumy State University to develop mechanisms to improve the department's rating, fulfill accreditation requirements, and improve the quality of the educational process.
During the group work, the planned indicators of individual and teamwork were determined.
Methodological support, scientific achievements, organizational efforts and other types of work were the subject of active discussions and formed the basis of the developments. Based on the results of the scientific and methodological seminar, an order was developed that sets out the indicators and time standards for the activities of the research and teaching staff in the afternoon.
