A member of the scientific association "Designing Activity of the Event Team" of the Department of PPST (Ilona Okhrimenko, 4th year student majoring in Management of Socio-Cultural Activities) together with a stakeholder (Yanina Polyakova, coach of the NGO "Girls") conducted networking for applicants for the specialty "Management of Socio-Cultural Activities" of Sumy State University and Sumy Professional College of Arts and Culture named after D.S. Bortnyansky.

The main objective of the event was to involve students in the innovative event "WORK EVENT TEAM" and to develop the specialty 028 "Management of Socio-Cultural Activities". The participants of the event acquired new skills and abilities in the basics of project management of the modern event industry market, learned to work in a team, and developed and presented projects based on the information received (trainer - Ilona Okhrimenko). Also, with the help of a stakeholder, they immersed themselves in public speaking skills at the express training "Speak Easy!", where young people felt like beginner speakers and received practical methods for getting rid of body clamps before a speech (trainer - Yanina Polyakova).

The networking took place at the PO "Girls" in Sumy. Sumy, on October 15. It is a safe space for women's audiences to acquire new professional skills in various fields, allowing women of all ages to develop, gain communication and social connections. Networking participants who attend only one event outside the organization can implement their projects and develop the city's cultural space with new ideas.
