December 20, a guest lecture was held by Vera Rodionova, a specialist in HR, recruiting and staff training, representative of the non-profit organization "Power Hub Zug", created in Switzerland in 2022 to help Ukrainians in employment.

The meeting was devoted to the topic "The difference between employment in Ukraine and abroad".

The main attention was focused on building a strategy and defining a goal according to the SMART system, which should be based on the basis of specificity, measure, adequacy, relevance, terms of goal achievement. Two strategy options were offered for review: based on experience and without previous work experience.

The participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the rules of creating a business profile in social networks, compiling a structured resume with a chronological sequence, motivational letters and self-presentation. The speaker highlighted risks related to the transparency of work of recruiting agencies.

After the lecture, an interesting discussion about the application of international experience in Ukraine took place. The lecture was held at the initiative of the associate professor of the department of psychology of political science and socio-cultural technologies of Sumy State University, Olena Kupenko, for future specialists in social work. The event was also attended by Professor Olena Pehota together with winners of the Department of Education Management and Pedagogy of the Higher School of Khmelnytskyi Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy and Professor Larisa Kalchenko together with winners of the "Social Work" specialty of the Department of Philosophy of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Ihor Sikorskyi Kyiv Polytechnic Institute". The participants discussed the possibilities of further cooperation.
