January 26, UniRase 1.0 closed teambuilding took place in an online format, where important issues of the event team's activities were discussed. The event was conducted by stakeholder and coach Yanina Polyakova and 4th year student of the specialty "Management of Socio-Cultural Activities" of Sumy State University Ilona Okhrimenko.

The day before the team building, participants shared their opinions on the management, corporate, and project areas of the event through an anonymous survey. The survey helped the stakeholder analyze the interests of the participants, adjust practical tasks, and analyze in detail the possible risks that the event team may face in its activities.
