February 3, the staff of the Department of PST held a scientific and methodological seminar dedicated to the formation of a strategy for intensifying work within the scientific, methodological and organizational components, as well as the distribution of responsibilities for coordination, mediation and control for key areas among lecturers.

The department's scientific and methodological seminar was held in an atmosphere of lively discussion, in which consensus was sought to improve the efficiency of the distribution of efforts among the responsible lecturers.

The working result was the creation of the RACI matrix (a matrix for defining the role of team members: Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed), in which each lecturer was assigned his or her own area of responsibility in the overall nomenclature of tasks facing the department.

The seminar was attended by Olena Sushkova, Dean of the IFSK Faculty, who noted the main priorities of the department in educational work.
