February 14, a class on the discipline "History and Theory of Social Work with a Content Module: Social Work with Different Client Groups" for first-year students was held at the Felicitas PO.

A highly qualified teacher-defectologist Natalia Solomko told the students about the peculiarities of the target group of people with intellectual disabilities. It was a story about how specialists work to promote the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families. Many difficult questions were raised, but the experience of Natalia Mykolayivna and her colleagues proved to be inspiring for future social work professionals.
This meeting is the beginning of a series of classes at the NGO for first-year students of the Social Work program. The students are preparing to conduct activities for Felicitas clients and interviews with parents about family social stability.
The work is part of the project "EU4Youth - Youth Employment in Times of Crisis: Personal Assistance Program for People with Autism, Intellectual and/or Psychosocial Disabilities in Ukraine".
