On March 6, Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies Semenov V.M. at the request of the Kirovohrad regional center of professional development of the Kirovohrad regional state administration in the context of the general program of professional development for civil servants of categories "B", "B" "Effective implementation of the professional activity of civil servants as a guarantee of the development of the state" held a lecture "Organization of power in Ukraine. Organization of work of local state administrations".

The legal, territorial, material and financial foundations within the organization of activities for local state administrations were considered and discussed. The main tasks, structure, principles of activity and competence for local state administrations are characterized. In particular, executive functions of local state administrations: planning, organization, coordination. The role of state administrations in the development and implementation of regional programs of economic and social development is clarified. The relations of local state administrations with other authorities, local self-government bodies, and citizens' associations were analyzed.

More than 70 civil servants of the Kirovohrad region took part in the program for improving qualifications.
