March 21, a meeting was held between representatives of the Department of PPST (applicants of various specialties and courses), teachers, acting head of the department Andriana Kostenko and members of the student self-government of the IFSK Faculty.

The meeting was devoted to the activation of student self-government within the PPST Department for the purpose to systemaze and structure work aimed at comprehensive support for applicants of all specialties connected with the department.

The meeting included teamwork, during which students together with representatives of student self-government generated answers to the following questions: the purpose of the student asset, problems and issues that can be solved by student self-government, areas of activity and involvement of all representatives of the department. As a result, the teams generated options for activities: scientific mentoring (for senior students to accompany first-year students in writing research papers), traditional meetings with the department's teachers to discuss the needs of applicants (improving the educational process, student mobility, etc.), and other activities that will help activate and support students.
