April 16, a guest lesson was held for students of the Organizational Psychology program of the second (master's) level of higher education with Yulia Pron, HR specialist at the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
The students learned about the peculiarities of searching and selecting professional staff in an organization, analyzed "successful" / "unsuccessful" resumes and cover letters of job applicants, and tried themselves in the roles of both HR managers and job seekers. We thank Ms. Yulia for an interesting and useful exchange of experience!
