Teachers of the section "Management of Socio-cultural Activity" provide teaching of disciplines of cultural, sociological and socio-cultural directions for students of all faculties and specialties, as well as a series of specialized disciplines for the specified specialty: "History and theory of socio-cultural activity", "Branches of cultural industry," culture "," Fundamentals of show business and production "," Event management "," Animation of public activity "and others.

Bachelor's training is based on the principles of dual education with an expanded block of practice-oriented disciplines and prospects for successful employment. Teachers of the department / section have considerable experience of organizational, exposition, project activity; have training methods designed to increase motivation, teamwork, leadership and partnership, providing students with opportunities to learn from best practices and success stories.

Specialists in the field of art-design, directing, media, self-design are involved in the teaching, who are widely applying innovative teaching methods, providing a high level of education in accordance with the requirements of European and national higher education standards.

Valentyna Opanasiuk – PH.D. candidate. Accomplished career reflects more then 20 years in management, research and pedagogical work at school, college and universit.

The department provides activities of a number of centers and laboratories of scientific and social orientation, which are also a base of practice for students, providing a high level of training of students, acquisition of practical skills by students and the possibility of involvement in project activities.
