January 9, Oleh Tuliakov, Chairman of the Public Council at the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Associate Professor at Sumy State University, together with Andriy Lebid, Chairman of the Public Council Commission and Professor at Sumy State University, took part in a regular meeting of the working group on the preparation of the Statute for the territorial community of Sumy.
